Pros

Casual environment, on-site cafeteria, free Monster while you work, monthly employee lunch and other freebies, they hire lots of temps - give you a chance to stick around or not (if you have that option) before they make you a Monster employee. Once you are, they make it easy to move to other jobs within the company

Cons

They make your body comfortable in your cubicle only to blast you with intercom music 24/7 so it's hard to focus on your work and make a phone call. Result: mostly young employees (sorry but I wasn't born with ear buds in my ears) and a Kindergarden atmosphere. Middle management treats everyone equally....like a child

Pros

One of the best companies to have worked for. The culture, people, and the benefits are amazing.

Cons

I read below that other people are also facing the same issue that I had when I was there. No matter how well you do, the lazy people who brown nose will always get ahead of you. The pay is a bit below average but they do provide full health benefit

Pros

Monster's culture is fast paced, and the people here are great!

Cons

Growth opportunities are limited if you are not in CA. Pay is also below average, but they do offer free healthcare.
