Pros

Great for networking, lots of traveling, got the chance to work on cool projects. Flexible in terms of schedule, can even be considered as a part time job. Nice if you're in your 20s, not so much after hitting your 30s.

Cons

Many cons. Little to no chance of professional growth within the company, no real evaluation provided by competent managers, despite my experience and results. The pay is low, if you're competent it is going to stay the same and they are only going to increase the load of work. The structure is constantly changing, an amateur approach towards working with industry experts. Financial and legal process is so slow that it affects the projects from happening and partners relationship (it can even get personal, affecting one's credibility in the industry as a company spokesperson).

Pros

One of the best companies to have worked for. The culture, people, and the benefits are amazing.

Cons

I read below that other people are also facing the same issue that I had when I was there. No matter how well you do, the lazy people who brown nose will always get ahead of you. The pay is a bit below average but they do provide full health benefit

Pros

Monster's culture is fast paced, and the people here are great!

Cons

Growth opportunities are limited if you are not in CA. Pay is also below average, but they do offer free healthcare.
