Hectic, unprofessional, to "cool" for school - Marketing Monster Energy Employee Review

NO ROOM TO GROW AT ALL! Operate like a moms and pops. Very disorganized company with no organizational structure. Management is clearly built on relationships not proper trade knowledge. Human Resources is very unprofessional and not helpful. If you actually go to them on an issue, it will complicate things even further rather than solve the issue. There are lots of unprofessional, disrespectful, people that are untouchable just because they know Mr. Hall or Mr. Sacks. Truly not a good company to work for. The perks are not worth the job. And they underpay their employees.
