Pros
Flexible schedule, excellent benefits, such as free health insurance for employee, car allowance, 401k, now has partially paid maternity leave. Majority of co workers are team players. Able to work from home office.
Cons
Program director manages based emotion, micromanages, treats employees like children. Too much focus is put on small errors than actual hard work. Program director has never actually been in the field. Field marketing program is last to learn about new products, yet they are the ones dealing with the public.
