Pros

1199 is basically the black card to all health insurance so if you have it as a F/T worker your covered. Awesome childcare benefits.

Cons

The back-to-back calls, The call outs make the calls worst and some of the patients can be rude when they need their medicine which is understandable but when you're taking back-to-back calls with micromanaging it becomes overwhelming

Decent fair pay. comprehensive benefits. big institution

Cons

Manager is VERY micromanaging. Very restrictive with sick days and makes you feel bad if you take a sick day off. not considerate at all. You have to stay until 5 PM even though you're done early. Suddenly adds more patients to your supposed bookings for the day and expect you to bend over for them while they can't be considerate of the little things.
