Pros
I worked with a mostly amazing staff and all of the physicians and NP's where excellent and inspiring Beautiful buildings and very impressive atmosphere. The patients really appreciated what you did for them.
Cons
Direct manager was unavailable to staff, did not want to discuss growth ideas, and was quite rude when discussing work related conflicts. Manager lied regarding quit date that was fulfilled. HR employees where also not wonderful but the HR manager was very understanding and would listen to concerns.
