Pros
The health benefits were good. The other benefits were also good like ability to use your badge for purchases at cafe & store. The discounts from the internal personal assistant were also great (movie tickets, concerts etc.)
Cons
The pay was terrible, very difficult to get a raise. Hard to move up in the organization. If you do get moved around, your pay could be decreased & not met at what you were making. They are always letting go (of higher paid employees & hiring a cheaper alternative).
