1. Inconsistent policies and favoritism. 2. Upper management that would rather lie and hide information from Caregivers than actually talk about hard things. 2. They claim not to give VIP treatment to anyone...yet do. 4. Caregivers have absolutely zero trust in decisions made by upper management. 5. They pay literally market value and are ALWAYS understaffed. 6. Health Benefits are horrible, and 401k gets tinkered with out of the blue and very terrible logic given for reasoning. 7. What bonuses? They don't exist despite more work always piled on.
