Pros
- PTO - FMLA (for mental health issues they contribute to) - Corporate Discounts - Colleagues who haven't drank the Kool-Aid
Cons
- Psychologically unsafe work environment - Retaliation for whistleblowing/"anonymous" manager evaluations/disagreeing with nonsense process changes. - Unlawful exchanges between facilities - Fraudulent "COVID" on death certificates that were not due to COVID - Will run you into the ground. Then when you are sick from the stress, they will give you points for taking time off; even if it's given with appropriate notice. - Admin sent an e-mail begging us to speak positively of Mosaic. Maybe MOSAIC should make this a safe place to work and not leave their caregivers with impending doom before and after shift.
