Pros
Lots of learning opportunities and with a great team manager there is a lot to learn. They will invest time in training and teaching the basics. In a year you will have a very strong foundation and the confidence to cold call anyone.
Cons
Expectations are very high and a good deal of the managers are terrible. The office environment is pretty toxic and they play favorites. Pubic shaming from management is frequent. Commission is structured to pay the managers for your hard work. Don't expect to be paid much at first and when commission comes in, everyone takes a large piece. Learn in a year and leave. You will be paid better almost everywhere else and companies love to hire Recruiters from Motion after they have some experience. Lots of former coworkers are now at really cool start ups or even Amazon and Google. Don't stay long. They also encourage drinking which is not for everyone. If you don't attend company gatherings you are overlooked for just about everything.
