Pros

Good Training Program in a way

Cons

Management is horrible; they are cruel people. They make you work overtime and treat you like prisoners. Be aware that in every meeting, they are talking about you behind your back. They will create group chats to make fun of you and even slam doors in your face (I have seen this happen many times). When you bring up poor management behavior to upper management, they turn a blind eye. They do not allow you to get up from your seat more than twice a day; if you do, you are looked at funny. Management’s main goal seems to be making you feel small and embarrassed, at least, that’s what it feels like. Every single person here is miserable, and during lunch breaks, all we talk about is how horribly we are being treated. There have been countless times when management has made employees go home crying, like some kind of mean girl/boy high school drama. It’s sad, and I’m shocked this branch is even still running. For every 16 people they hire, about 15 of them quit within two months. Most don’t even make it through the training period, and they want you to think it’s because of the person, but in reality, it’s because of management and the toxic office environment. Anyway, don’t work here if you want to continue living your life without losing sleep every night, dreading the next morning. I cannot stress this enough, it’s all because of management and this branch. Other regions might not be as bad, but this one is a big NO GO.

This is definitely a fast-paced sales position so if you don't want to work in that environment this isn't the position for you.

Pros

This is a great place to work for long-term career growth in sales. We only hire entry level, so training is key and we have a top tier training program. We offer high levels of ability to make money - you can realistically be making well over 6 figures in your first 16 months. It's just about how hard you work! We have a great work-life balance - three days in office and half day Friday's. We love a good happy hour, regional event and team's try to do lunches or events monthly.

Cons

It's a lot of work in the first few years - we do not provide a book of business, so it's a lot of cold calling and hard work. Not everyone is cut out for hard work. If you want 100% WFH or to work less than 8 hours a day, this is not the place for you.

Love/Hate Relationship

Pros

-Great training program- honestly a great company to get a head start in sales/recruiting -Lots of flexibility, especially with working fully remote -once you move up, great base salary -People in the department are very down to earth

Cons

Where to even start -Joke of a commission -The Sales Department hates the Talent Services/Recruiting department. It’s extremely discouraging working for a department that is deemed a joke of the company. Even the directors think so -The head of the department is MIA at all times -your success is solely dependent on the team your partnered with. If you’re on a team that’s not bringing in jobs, you’re not making money. - Senior Management is always butting heads. There’s no cohesion.
