Pros

Pathetic and immature leads working on good pay. Freshers can benefit more than the experienced folks.

Cons

Substantial work environment. Immature HR and Talent acquisition team. Sycophants working long time around the management. I wonder their one of a client would have a second opinion after reviewing all the posts.
