Pros

Coworkers offer excellent support on projects, strong sense of community amongst employees. Comprehensive/structured training for junior resources, knowledge of multiple technology stacks. Upward mobility and acknowledgement for employees. Diversity of technical work, keeping the job interesting. In addition to consulting they also have multiple "in-house" products under development. Excellent overall benefits, including the full expense paid annual winter team trip to the Caribbean. Plenty of contracts and work so no fear of downsizing. Additional training is encouraged by management.

Cons

Communication and expectations are often unclear, example travel expectations are often not clearly communicated. PTO policy is lackluster.

Thanks for the review. Always love the feedback. Our PTO is actually on par if not better then most larger corps. If you look at some of the big ones here on Glassdoor you will see. Ours starts at 15 days and you get an additional day each year your with MS3. But so you can compare here is a sample: Google: 15 days of Vacation at 5 years you get 2 additional weeks Salesforce: 15 days of Vacation after 2 years of service you get 1 additional week Accenture: 15 days of Vacation Intel: 15 days of Vacation Microsoft: 15 days of Vacation We hope to keep providing great benefits to our team and ensuring they get rewarded for longevity with the company.

Pros

Engineers are very smart and fun Lots of things to learn from your peers CEO used to be in the office often and be closer to his employees Great place for fresh out of college person to start their career Annual company retreat to tropical country like Mexico or Punta Cana

Cons

Let's start: CFO is also HR, which is conflict of interests, also he's extremely stingy. Got promoted to a team lead position? Well, you will get a percentage of company shares, which means nothing until company is sold, forget about pay raise. COVID spread prevention measures are at its low, the company was WFH more days because of mold in the basement, than pandemic. Zero trust to employees, management thinks people don't work while they are at home, it is very hard to get partial WFH, not talking about full Company culture died in summer of 2021, not sure what happened, but all of the monthly employee appreciation events disappeared from calendars. CEO doesn't participate in company's life anymore. College graduates are forced to sign a contract where they would own $$ to a company if they quit earlier than certain time, which leads to people quitting at around 1-1.5 years of working here. Employee retention rate is very low, high employee turnover. The only solid training that was in place was Jr Developer training, all other hires - figure it out yourself Company retreat is the only thing that tries to cover up all of the non-sense that people are dealing with.
