Company's Love for making money and not a good place to work. (especially in CTAS) - Technical Support Engineer Movate Employee Review

Project managers and Team Leaders may oblige employees to work over time and management never consider to pay for the overtime. No proper knowledge sharing and senior's so called STAR members of a team may force low pay-grade employees to work more than them as they roam on the floor speaking native language (Other than English). No easy recognition of the employee's performance and no scope of Vertical growth even for old employees with more experience stay in the same place. Employees are very true to the company but company will not pay them well. The variable pay may be suspicious cautious look for pay slip as it may be not good even after same increased performance even after a good KRA score and work. Management is not friendly when a employee leaves the company.
