Pros
Great place to work while looking for another job. You will be nothing but a number (at best). If you lucky you can work a shift where the fight against traffic is zero. Benefits were on par with most to just a touch better. Other than that NOTHING is good about this company other than a steady paycheck.
Cons
As close to a sweat shop that you can find in the USA. (The next was an example of my experience your may be different)The head hunter will offer you say 70K. The next guy will say "oh that was a minor mistake it is only 65K" Then the offer letter comes in at 60K (a few weeks later). Then you get the official paper work and it is 57K "oh the 60K is including the end year bonus (with impossible objectives)". No training, no advancement, with all the benefits of overpaid managers that stroke job the clients at your expense. Other than that they are great. The clients on the other hand make or break the job.
