Pros
Very amicable enviroment. Company contracts you out to projects and is always willing to help if required. Pool of engineers from different backgrounds makes every work day work an exiting proposal as well as an oportunity to learn
Cons
Poor follow up on their part. If you need them and reach out to them they're there but otherwise you can go months and months without ever hearing from them. I beleive, and this is not just my perception but other engineers in the project think the same, that once placed the company sort of forgets about you. I realize this may run counter to some of the arguments I posted on the "pros" section but in reality it is not....they are always there as long as it is the employee who reaches out to them...otherwise you're just a number on a spreadsheet
