Disorganized training process - Service Desk Engineer Movate Employee Review

Disorganization in the training process, training process included unnecessary information which makes it unclear what the job will actually consist of, no clear chain of command for my team, delays in start date, job role is somewhat different than what was described and interviewed for, scheduling requirements changed after a month on the job (went from M-F to M-F with rotating weekend shifts), work is nothing special in terms of career advancement. Having the 'Engineer' title is a nice perk though.
