With strong office politics and micro-management, most of the leaders are well-established in the BPO industry. It's a shame that most of them are unprofessional and narc. They love to humiliate their subordinates via group chats. HR has no power even if they know about these happening. We reported issues to them with witnesses and proof. But, no seen progress or actions taken from their side. Managers are always MIA with an excuse that they're busy or always in a meeting, so they do not provide real-time feedback or regular one on one with their subordinates to promote career growth or improvement. Highly recommend that the company would allow monthly and quarterly review / feedback coming from employees to rate the management's style and manager's demeanor instead of focusing only on the Manager's feedback towards the agent's demeanor. Also, the weekly surveys sent to the employees are not hitting the right notes and not reviewed, or if it were, there no actions taken to address them, so its useless and will not promote change and improvement within the company. We missed the old leaders who strives for a humanity approach, always there to support their subordinates and promotes to train more future leaders.
