Letting the fox watch the hen house - Associate Vice President of Accounts Movate Employee Review

After 9 straight quarter of zero growth within existing accounts. (Basically letting Operations manage) they hired Account Managers to help with growth, then ultimately gave the control back to Operations to continue to handle the accounts. What different outcome are you expecting? ( quarters wasn't enough to demonstrate to you that Operations is tunnel visioned on what the accounts need. No insight past what the current scope of work being done. Expect 9 more quarters of stagnate growth.
