      + Flexibility and great learning platform + They are best in what they do i.e. Tech Support + Large clients + Highly scalable international operations worldwide + Extensive overseas opportunities

      Cons

      +Highly unstable top management. Saw 3 CEO's and 6 different investors in 5 years. +Sales organization is worst hit with instability, with a new leader every year, who brings a new sales focus. + Unable to increase the overall market valuation
