Unnecessarily long working hours, inefficient practices, horrendous work life balance. The technologies and methods used to do "data science" are rudimentary at best. The workers barely have a grasp of basic statistics, and the training period is wholly ineffective. Everything this company touts as novel and innovative is equivocal and pseudo-philosophical; it may be enough to fool clients, but it is a shoddy magic trick that will negatively impact future and long term engagements.
