Management will lie to you, they will lie to your client, they will ask you to lie, it often feels like the attitude towards the client is "Kiss their feet and lie to their face." Company is not growing, upper management (all the way to the CEO) are fleeing in droves, large amounts of equity are going to be sold soon, avoid if you have other offers
