Pros

Some teams do good work (Very few of them). Knowledgeable peers. Youthful atmosphere (Avg age is around 23 years).

Cons

Work life balance is pathetic. You are TOLD to attend late night calls and be in the office by 9.30 AM next morning. Salary is way below the industry standard. BA is expected to work like an SBA, SBA like an AM, AM like a Manager and so on. All of this with such a very low salary. Almost 90% of the work is reporting. High end analytics is a cheap marketing strategy Managers and team leads mock people below them if they don't know things that they do. It may be a simple excel formula or a power-point presentation shortcut. Remember one thing mockers, KNOWLEDGE about a tool or a software doesn't make you SMART. A person with hardly 2 years experience decides whether a newly joined fresher is to be retained or fired. That person is not competent enough to take such a decision. Freshers who just passed out of college have big dreams and huge expectations. Improve your hiring process, firing is not the right thing to do. I have seen quite a few people being fired very ruthlessly and i don't like it. Ever seen a company where employees talk about job opportunities everyday. This is one thing that you will definitely see here.

Pros

You get global and US experience

Cons

It's not worth to stay so long in Mu Sigma anymore. It's not what it used to be, good leaders have left and there is nobody to learn from. Mu Sigma is living in the past, and every other competitor has moved on.
