Pros

Good opportunities within a burgeoning field. Has a lot of potential for learning. You have the option to be transparent in communication without fear of disproportionate retribution.

Cons

The initial allocation of projects is largely randomized, and will have a significant impact on both learning and growth. Work-life balance is shaky, at best, and is often driven by the project you are randomly allotted. Too much of the company philosophy is based on a specious claim that (paraphrasing) experts are unnecessary.

Pros

You get global and US experience

Cons

It's not worth to stay so long in Mu Sigma anymore. It's not what it used to be, good leaders have left and there is nobody to learn from. Mu Sigma is living in the past, and every other competitor has moved on.
