Account structure (onsite/offshore) not ideal - who leads the account is ambiguous at times and emphasis on offshore hurts client relationships Performance review seems intentionally vague and subjective. You r rating depends on relationship with manager more than actual performance. Bonus' are made nearly impossible to attain with no context to current account history ex: client X has increased biz 4% YoY, but growth goal for client is set at 20%. Makes no sense.
