I joined Mu thinking analytics was the place to be in and took a pay cut even. What a big mistake. Long hours. Low salary. Managers with no experience. Only driven by getting more business and neglecting what's at hand. Not at all employee centric. A brainwashed set of employees who don't care to challenge the status quo. Though they call themselves this - this is definitely not a flat organization. The CEO does not listen to anyone but himself. Totally a top down system.
