- Excellent experience and exposure to analytics and reporting projects - Largely autonomous role with a great deal of individual responsibility - Opportunity to work on a few exciting projects
Cons
- Work-life balance is strained - Churn is a constant at the company, and team members are always leaving, only to be replaced by others who will in turn leave quite quickly - Though some engagements are exciting, others are often less-so and much of your work will be performed in a hectic and poorly organized setting -Compensation is very low for the responsibility
