Pros
This company is a roller coaster of challenges which involves good learning. You will rarely get time to relax. Apart from regular delivery, there is always opportunity to indulge yourself in more activity leading to more learning. Great crowd and very approachable seniors
Cons
The company is expanding really fast and in all the chaos quite a few things will fall out of focus, like appreciation being missed, deliverable quality being compromised, employees getting burnt out. Remember to be the type that will voice out concerns. The pay is for sure not appropriate for the working hours put in and hence there will be a lot of negativity on the floor especially among the juniors.
