Pros

Ample opportunity to learn useful skills on the job, especially in statistics, coding, and data engineering High face-to-face exposure with Fortune 500 clients 4-6 month training program in India a once-in-a-lifetime experience Chance to gain experience managing a team of 4-15 individuals

Cons

Expect you to work McKinsey hours for average pay Some managers exhibit little to no regard for their reports' personal time What made the India experience great did not have much to do with the company Morning and evening calls (~7 am, ~8 pm) with Bangalore-based offshore team Sunday evenings through Friday mornings Chaotic internal bureaucracy: Poor communication about basic information like job responsibilities, location, benefits, bonus Company often places and moves employees with little to no input from them CEO has megalomaniacal tendencies

Pros

You get global and US experience

Cons

It's not worth to stay so long in Mu Sigma anymore. It's not what it used to be, good leaders have left and there is nobody to learn from. Mu Sigma is living in the past, and every other competitor has moved on.
