Significant overtime opportunities for those looking to increase earnings. Frequent travel if you enjoy being on the road and working in different environments.

Cons

Travel assignments were often in very small towns, which at times felt culturally uncomfortable and isolating. Long hours and demanding schedules common to many field service technician roles. Work-life balance can be difficult due to unpredictable travel and workload expectations. Communication and support in the field could be inconsistent depending on leadership and location.
