Pros

Cons
Be prepared for a lot of walking. Shifts regularly understaffed due to not paying above average as compared to cost of living for area. Manager did not accurately review during annual reviews despite emails, pay increases are tied to reviews. If company doesn't want to give excessive raises, then reviews will reflect that. Peers on shift would call in 15 minutes prior to shift on weekends leaving short staffed and no repercussions or warnings from management. Shift supervisors would not make adequate decisions regarding daily workload and persons available on shift. Lack of direct accountability for persons bringing food into cleanroom despite warnings. No work space feedback surveys or standards across shifts. Quit due to frustration with peers on shift who would watch YouTube or work on college classes and not be proactive on repairs or daily tasks. Shift supervisor did not bring this to attention of management despite this being communicated. Low number of staff on hand also increased stress levels of personnel on shift. Tired of working there after a year and seeing issues unaddressed with weak pay raise despite putting in significant energy into job. Disappointealso oversaw machining and due to distance and d.
