Pros

Great pay and incentives. Per Diem is really good. The work itself is fun.

Cons

Management in the L/A department is severely lacking in assisting new hires on how to properly use all the systems that are needed for the job including Concur. I am expected to know all these things, yet no one has ever taken the time to properly train me. I constantly feel like I am doing something wrong especially when it comes to filling out expense reports. You have to fill them out perfectly yet there's no training on how to do this, you have to just learn by doing and failing. Not a good recipe for success.
