Pros
Great patients and staff. Great insurance and PTO/Holiday time off. Lower level management takes care of their staff.
Cons
No room for advancement which would be tolerable if the budget included money for raises. Many staff members throughout the tribe have 10+ years of experience and barely make a livable wage. High level management has traditionally been unqualified and picked as political favors. Which causes frequent half thought out changes to operation wasting time and expenses.
