Business Outlook
Pros
The hours are great, monday through friday, no holidays! The benefits are out of this world. Paid time off is excellent, and able to take time off when needed. my managers have always been wonderful and understanding and truly care about their employee.
Cons
Training isnt quite what it could be. there has been no raises in many years although "they" keep telling us they're coming. there is a lot of politcal stuff that also goes around. I can't comment on promotions. Managing change is also a downfall. There seems to be a loss of chain of command in some issues with the higher ups.
