Pros

Benefits are great and co-workers are friendly and generally easy to work with.. MCN genuinely cares for both its employees and tribal citizens. Administration expects you to work hard but you are compensated well for your effort.

Cons

No significant cons to mention. Tribal politics are definitely at play but I've learned that politics of some sort or fashion are present in whatever environment or company you work for.
