Great team and rewarding work to be a part of. Sales Management is there and always willing to step in and help when needed. The company is working to improve itself and stay a leader in the industry.

Interacting with the customers learning about the product from customers.

Management allows bullying, intimidation and being disciplined in front of coworkers and customers, employees are allowed to use profanity towards coworkers with zero recourse. Favoritism is obvious, jobs are put on others without training or being asked for work change. Personal topics are brought into workplace not warranted not proper for work, we were told to just be nice, without asking to be involved in topics. by employee not customers atmosphere is toxic customers commented quit often. Upper management barely came in or had meaningful conversations. Everything I've stated is true and had been reported. As of today I resigned.
