Pros

Non-Management People are good and friendly.

Cons

Management here is only interested in saving their own skin. Developers and QA are treated like disposable resources—whenever something goes wrong, they are the first ones to be blamed for management’s own incompetence. There is a constant blame game culture. One moment everything is “good,” but the second the CEO makes a negative comment, suddenly everyone starts pointing fingers instead of taking accountability. As a developer, don’t expect a clear role. You are expected to do everything—create your own tasks, write repro steps for QA, estimate timelines, and basically act as PM, QA, and developer all at once. Meanwhile, actual managers contribute very little beyond committing to completely unrealistic deadlines that no sane team can meet. Most developers are already burnt out, and it shows. There is zero regard for workload or sustainability. The CTO, instead of supporting the team, comes across as condescending. Talks a lot, tries hard to sound intelligent, but clearly lacks real understanding of the codebase when it actually matters. And work-life balance? Forget it. That concept does not exist here.

Pros

There's nothing to say except avoid working there if you can.

Cons

I highly recommend avoiding this company if you have other options! No respect for the work culture here at all. Management don’t care about well being of their employees and they always looking for someone to blame. The pay was terrible from the start, and it never matched the amount of work. The workload kept increasing. Most weeks were packed with crazy deadlines that never end. The managers expected everything to be done right away, but don't expect they'll support you. Doing extra work never brought better opportunities. They will keep you buried for life. The benefits were horrible too, and taking time off was much harder than it should have been. It also became obvious that some employees got better treatment than others. Small things around the office reminded everyone that not all staff were valued the same way. That kind of treatment slowly wore people down. If you plan to waste your life or you don't have any personal growth plan, you might consider working there.
