I highly recommend avoiding this company if you have other options! No respect for the work culture here at all. Management don’t care about well being of their employees and they always looking for someone to blame. The pay was terrible from the start, and it never matched the amount of work. The workload kept increasing. Most weeks were packed with crazy deadlines that never end. The managers expected everything to be done right away, but don't expect they'll support you. Doing extra work never brought better opportunities. They will keep you buried for life. The benefits were horrible too, and taking time off was much harder than it should have been. It also became obvious that some employees got better treatment than others. Small things around the office reminded everyone that not all staff were valued the same way. That kind of treatment slowly wore people down. If you plan to waste your life or you don't have any personal growth plan, you might consider working there.

The compensation seems like an awful joke. It isn't enough to live comfortably in NJ. These cruel people want employees to work brutal and exhausting hours, but don't pay them well. It's ridiculous. It's terribly stressful to try to live well on a poor salary.
