Pros

The developer team was great to work with, and communication with the QA and UI/UX teams was seamless.

Cons

The current CTO is dismissive toward team members and struggles to communicate clear solutions to problems. In practice, the Solution Architect ends up resolving most critical issues and shows stronger technical leadership. The CTO relies heavily on the Solution Architect for direction, while staying aligned with the CEO in a way that feels more political than merit-based. There’s a clear gap between what he says and what he actually delivers. Frankly, it often feels like the only reason he holds the CTO role is because the Solution Architect has no interest in managing people. Work–life balance is essentially nonexistent. The company promotes a “family” culture, but it feels more like a Game of Thrones–style family—competitive, political, and self-serving rather than supportive. Accountability is weak across the organization, with people consistently avoiding responsibility instead of owning outcomes. Everyone seems to be afraid to interact with each other specially Managers.

My Life Registry Response

We welcome authentic feedback from current and former employees and strive for a great working environment. However, this review falsely represents the identity of its author. There are no former Software Developers of 5-7 years of employment that left the company in the past 2 years from the Fort Lee office. What we do have in our Fort Lee office is an average tenure of 9 years employment between the team. We believe employees should be free to share their genuine experiences and opinions. What is not appropriate is posting under the guise of another individual in an attempt to create a misleading impression of employee sentiment.

Pros

There's nothing to say except avoid working there if you can.

Cons

I highly recommend avoiding this company if you have other options! No respect for the work culture here at all. Management don’t care about well being of their employees and they always looking for someone to blame. The pay was terrible from the start, and it never matched the amount of work. The workload kept increasing. Most weeks were packed with crazy deadlines that never end. The managers expected everything to be done right away, but don't expect they'll support you. Doing extra work never brought better opportunities. They will keep you buried for life. The benefits were horrible too, and taking time off was much harder than it should have been. It also became obvious that some employees got better treatment than others. Small things around the office reminded everyone that not all staff were valued the same way. That kind of treatment slowly wore people down. If you plan to waste your life or you don't have any personal growth plan, you might consider working there.
