Pros

Not many to be honest

Cons

Too many to share. There was no culture, unless you consider lying to your employees something to hang your hat on. I regret that I wasted so much time there away from my family believing that I had a career going. It was obvious from the beginning, but when the carrot was dangled constantly, I was snowed. How do you expect your employees to survive on the wages that are provided? There is no consistency with upper management. There is no hope for advancement when the only people that seem to get management positions are brought in from Best Buy and know nothing about the business and have no management skills? The "Good 'ol Boys" club is ALIVE AND THRIVING there!

We are grateful for your feedback because it truly shows us every perception out there imaginable, both positive and negative. One thing is for certain: somewhere along the line, we failed to cross the divide between your expectations, as the associate, and deliverables. You are completely accurate in your statement that the Human Resources department is spending time reviewing and commenting on feedback provided. This is true because we genuinely care what our associates, current AND former, have to say about their experiences. This is the only way in which we can improve, and according to your feedback, we need to improve. We are saddened to hear that you also felt you were without opportunity as a part of a growing diverse team, and that your compensation did not meet your expectations. Those that exceed in providing an outstanding patient experience each and every time are rewarded through compensation as well as recognition. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and apologize for an associate experience that was below expectation.

Pros

The office environment was pleasant, and the stocked snacks and beverages were genuinely appreciated. A few colleagues were supportive and tried to help where they could. The company is expanding, which may appeal to individuals who enjoy rapid change and ambiguity.

Cons

The culture is still evolving, and expectations around “fit” can feel subjective rather than grounded in clear, consistent criteria. Priorities shift frequently, sometimes without enough context for employees to understand the reasoning or how to adjust their work accordingly. Communication from leadership varies by team, and it can be challenging to get clarity on decision‑making or long‑term direction. Feedback mechanisms are limited, and employees may struggle to understand how their performance or contributions are being evaluated.
