      Pros

      The learning environment is good. You have access to talk to seniors anytime. The company provides opportunities to learn new technologies. There is not much workload, and all the senior managers are good in behavior.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload increases, but through that workload you learn many things. I have not faced any major cons so far.

      Pros

      The culture is here is extremely supportive. Everyone works towards the common goal. Not much politics. Great work life balance. CEO is amazing!

      Cons

      navigating who owns / manages certain functions and projects can be difficult.

      Pros

      WFH allowed for some employees.

      Cons

      Everything pushed offshore and all value built over 50 years has been gutted by new leadership over past few years. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Shame on the CEO.
