Pros

Very good SDLC processes. Effective offshore and onshore model. Warm and caring people from management to lowest rank. Strong teamwork within projects and teams. Continuous training and career path.

Cons

Onshore assignment policies changes every year depending on situations and always not favorable to employees. The tax policy for onshore assignment is not always favorable to employee but more for the company.

Pros

The culture is here is extremely supportive. Everyone works towards the common goal. Not much politics. Great work life balance. CEO is amazing!

Cons

navigating who owns / manages certain functions and projects can be difficult.

WFH allowed for some employees.

Cons

Everything pushed offshore and all value built over 50 years has been gutted by new leadership over past few years. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Shame on the CEO.
