Pros

I always have a new project after the other project ends. They find project for me even out of state. I feel that they value me. They offer great benefits - medical and paid time off to name a few.

Cons

Can't think of anything right now because US Region, especially, has been nothing but good to me.

Pros

The culture is here is extremely supportive. Everyone works towards the common goal. Not much politics. Great work life balance. CEO is amazing!

Cons

navigating who owns / manages certain functions and projects can be difficult.

Pros

WFH allowed for some employees.

Cons

Everything pushed offshore and all value built over 50 years has been gutted by new leadership over past few years. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Shame on the CEO.
