      Pros

      Some great minds. Good health benefits. Decent compensation. Club - if you get to make it

      Cons

      There are 4 senior VPs, one for each region, each VP more lackluster than the other. Surrounding each senior VP is a ring of first responders (tier 1). Each of the first reponders have a group of people that they confide in (tier 2). If you are not part of tier 2 then you are basically persona non grata. Screwed in other words. You wont even be invited to participate in extra works such as SOWs and other pursuits. No training to speak of.

      Pros

      The culture is here is extremely supportive. Everyone works towards the common goal. Not much politics. Great work life balance. CEO is amazing!

      Cons

      navigating who owns / manages certain functions and projects can be difficult.

      WFH allowed for some employees.

      Cons

      Everything pushed offshore and all value built over 50 years has been gutted by new leadership over past few years. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Shame on the CEO.
