Pros

There are literally no pros accept, wait, wait, nope, nothing.

Cons

Each territory is run by white men in their 60s. Old school mentality but offer no training nor support. Sink or swim environment where most people work there 6 months or less. The leadership are stuck with the same accounts they had in the 90s. There is no net-new growth. Company is led by RVPs who are 60+ and have no people skills. Very sad and toxic culture where the CMO gets people fired for not agreeing with her. Their sales enablement is outsourced all outreach to a 3rd party that never generates leads. People get jobs there typically die off fast. One RVP can't control his temper and should be fired but they keep him around 'cause he fits the old school culture. Whatever you do, don't look for a job there. Save yourself the misery.

Pros

WFH allowed for some employees.

Cons

Everything pushed offshore and all value built over 50 years has been gutted by new leadership over past few years. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Shame on the CEO.
