      Pros

      Gets you work abroad (US), no politics required Currently give a competitive salary Gives technical training

      Cons

      Salary increased very slow Work place looks like a call center, workstation are only less than 3 feet wide Upper management can't distinguish between a good talent and a good talker. Benefits are just average (just what the law requires)

      Pros

      The culture is here is extremely supportive. Everyone works towards the common goal. Not much politics. Great work life balance. CEO is amazing!

      Cons

      navigating who owns / manages certain functions and projects can be difficult.

      Pros

      WFH allowed for some employees.

      Cons

      Everything pushed offshore and all value built over 50 years has been gutted by new leadership over past few years. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Shame on the CEO.
