      The company has strong executive leadership with a clear vision for the future. There are opportunities to make a significant impact, though individual initiative is essential. Recently, many new team members have joined, fostering collaboration on the new company vision.

      Cons

      With the new direction from the CEO, there are numerous initiatives happening simultaneously. This can create bottlenecks in resource allocation for projects. Additionally, different departments sometimes feel disconnected.

      The culture is here is extremely supportive. Everyone works towards the common goal. Not much politics. Great work life balance. CEO is amazing!

      Cons

      navigating who owns / manages certain functions and projects can be difficult.

      WFH allowed for some employees.

      Cons

      Everything pushed offshore and all value built over 50 years has been gutted by new leadership over past few years. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Shame on the CEO.
