Pros
While many in this space have struggled in this business climate over the last few years, RCG has managed to make steady progress, thanks to a very talented group of senior resources. They are poised for solid growth in the coming years, and the management team recognizes that fast growth comes with a set of challenges, and seem to be gearing up to address this.
Cons
There are pockets of excellence where teams are very successful. These best ( I prefer calling them good practices) practices need to be instituted across the board. The management team recognizes this, and are addressing it, so it's not really a negative.
