The clients were a eclectic bunch, everyday was a adventure and you were constantly learning. You are in a diverse setting which is wonderful and if you had the right leadership, you were set to succeed.
Cons
Mandating was the absolute worst, no one had time to prepare to stay another 10 hours and management didn’t care. They were creating gossip constantly. Coworkers either had your back or stabbed you in it.
