      Pros

      Home every night. Benefits are good. Fellow employees and trainers are great. Flagstaff is extremely expensive so pay should be better.

      Cons

      It is Tough to get a raise. Poor starting salary. The only thing that is bad about the driving is dealing with the drunks.
